We Welcome Visitors To Autumn Years

Come by and meet our residents. Many will take the opportunity to chat with you. (However, don’t be alarmed if some do not. Due to their illness, they may struggle to communicate effectively, especially with a new face.) Experience the care and dedication of our staff. Visitors are quite surprised (and delighted) to see the bright nature of our facility and our staff.

Autumn Years located on Bear St., a 2-lane road that runs parallel to the 73 Freeway. You can find our relaxing campus between Baker St. and Bristol St in Costa Mesa.

Getting Here: For those traveling to Autumn Years Costa Mesa by freeway, we offer very easy access. To get here:
  • From I-405 South: After passing Harbor Blvd. and Fairview Ave., merge right to the 73 Freeway South. Exit at Bear St. (Exit 17-B). At traffic light, turn right on to Bear St.
  • From 55 Freeway South & I-405 North: Take the 55 South to Baker St. (Exit 5-B). Make a right on Baker St., pass Bristol St. and the 73 Freeway, then turn left on to Bear St.
  • From 73 Freeway North/South: Exit at Bear St. (Exit 17-C). From the north, turn right on to Bear St. From the south, turn left on to Bear St.
All the above directions bring you south on Bear St. Autumn Years will be located on the right side of the street, just past the stop sign on St. Clair. There are 2 driveways for entering our parking area. If you miss the first, don’t panic, just go to the second one. (If the lot is full, street parking is available on St. Clair.)

Once Parked: Our campus has locked gates to protect our residents who tend to wander off. So please step up to our covered entryway (on the right side of the parking lot when facing the buildings). Just ring and our staff will happily invite you in.
